How to get slomotion movement, real time speaking..

I'm doing a music video and want the shots to look slow motion but for the person to sing on beat.

So I'm shooting 60p and conforming to 24p with cinema tools.

So if I speed up the song, when I play back in slow motion the person's movement wil be slow but lips will move with the lyrics.

My question is how much should I speed up the song? 60/24 = 2.5. Should I speed it up 2.5 times? Would that work?

yup. 250%.



Just some numbers:

24 is 40% of 60.

Therefore the overcranking of the 7d/t2i provides a 40% relative speed at 24p and a 50% relative speed at 30p
