hey,
well im messing around at the moment with Photoshop and video post (vimeo) so probably the easiest way to fix chromatic abberation: dropp yout footage into Photoshop, select lens correction and load the lens preset for your lens.

Hey Ken ... I'm not sure about Vegas, sorry !

@jbooba ... funny you should mention photoshop. I learned this technique years ago when I worked as a retoucher in London (for DV/ Getty Images).
So I simply did the same technique in After Effects
