How to film in B&W ?

Hello all,

I'd like to film in B&W, but don't know how to. Could you help me? What are the settings necessary? is that possible? What speed shutter and so on?

not possible in camera. will have to convert to b&w in post. i would try and get a nice flat image so you have the most tweakability to convert. I wish it had b&w setting like my LX3 still cam. has an incredible dynamic b&w looks awesome!
 
it might be a good idea to have a monitor on set with you that can display in B&W just so you can see if things are blending in together

I read this over, great information although its focus is mainly film production. The point is they capture directly to B&W which they say is much better than capturing color and draining them out in post. Although we cant capture directly to B&W with the HMC150, it sure helps seeing the B&W in the viewfinder.
