How to Experiment With Frame Rates

Hi...New guy here.
I bought my A1 a year ago, but have really never made the time to experiment with frame rates. I'm looking for suggestions on the best way to see the results of different frame rate settings.
Should I start with 60i, and shoot various scenes, and duplicate the shoot in 30f and 24f? How about what to shoot. Moving cars, landscape, people?
I appreciate any info, so I can learn more about my A1.

I haven't done much with framerates, myself, but it seems that faster motion would be better to reveal the differences. Also remember that shutter speed should be adjusted along with the framerate.

I wasn't sure about that, so I'll shoot some motion shots (and adjust the shutter) and see what happens.
Cool....another reason to go out and shoot video!
