I dont know what you call SCOPE
For me SCOPE means black stripe on top and bottom of film

eg

before scope

after scope

You mean the letterbox bar. You would simply create a title with black bars on top and bottom and superimpose it over the footage.

The 'letter box' term is used to indicate that a film shot in an aspect ratio that did not match the TV display, that is, Standard Def, 4:3, High Def, 16:9, was presented in it's 'full' form, with the top and bottem 'black bars' to define the frame.

"Pill Box" would mean the material is presented with black bars on the sides, for example displaying a Standard Def TV
screen on a High Def display, the sides will be filled with black.

Some people use the letter box technique to get a 'look' of 'cinemascope', which was nominally 2.35:1.

Here's a site with examples of various aspect ratios.
