How to convert for Digital Cinema

I shot a feature on the HVX200 and have edited in FCP. Now I'm trying to get things ready for a limited theatrical release on digital projectors and am having trouble figuring out how to convert it properly.

I need to convert the FCP DVCPro HD timeline to 3 Channel, interleaved RGB, 16 bit tiff files with the 12 bit gamma 2.6 XYZ values occupying the high order 12 bits in the 16 bit data. I'm not very technical so I really don't know what that means, but that's what the digital cinema mastering facility says. Basically, I need to convert the movie to tiff files so they can convert them to JPEG2000 MXF Interop files that the projectors can play.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there an economical way to do this without going to outside post houses? I appreciate any help anyone has.
