How to convert A1 footage to AVI for PC editing?

I'm trying to convert six hours of A1 footage (1080i30F) to AVI for another editor who is working in Premier. I'm in OSX with FCP, Mpeg StreamClip, quicktime pro and compressor. The only thing that has worked is "Exporting using Quicktime Conversion" (Avi - DV/NTSC) from the FCP timeline or exporting from quicktime pro with the same settings.

If I export uncompressed with either apple's animation codec or with AVI, I get huge files (~1gig/5sec). If I export AVI - DV, I get artifacts and standard def 480i footage when I want 1080i HDV. I tried converting with Mpeg streamclip (Export to AVI - 1080i60, 1920x1080, interlaced scaling, and x/y at 1.333) and I get letterboxed footage that he can't seem to open.

Is there anything else that I can try?
