How to convert 1080i into 720P via Kona3

Hi,
I usually shoot on 720P with P2 HVX200 PAL. Lately, we use 2 HVX 200 PAL, one is on 720P50, the second is accidentally adjust on 1080i50.
Please help me :
- Can I convert 1080i into 720P with Aja Kona 3. If yes, how ?
- How to recognize, among different clips, which one is 1080i and which one 720P ?

Don't know about the Kona question, but pretty much anything you view clips in will tell you the clip properties.
