how to change settings between MF and AF quickly?

i prefer MF setting where wifey wants AF. my MF setting is similar to the one recommended from gf13 sticky post, and she wants... u know noob AF setting. i got tired of switching back and forth relentlessly. finally got epl1 for her, but i really like epl1, too. canon fd 50 1.4 looked really neat on it. so i gotta know. please let me know. how to switch MF optimized setting and AF setting really fast on gh13? thanks.

There's the focus mode knob on the top left of the camera? Also you can hit left on the D-pad and change AF mode or active manual focus assist. What are you asking?

as ben said there is a knob on the top left that you just switch over. leave it on AF cause you shoot with a manual lens anyways so AF does not apply anymore.

how about switching manual exposure to P based for both video and picture? there r always a few things i change for my wife when i install pancake for her. is there any simple macro feature that enables switching two sets of options i selected? if not... i will leave my gh13 in full manual mode with customized film mode and leave her epl1 in full automatic intelli noise reduction blah blah mode.
