I might have missed something obvious, but I can't find the camera settings stored into the EXIF of the MTS files. Any idea where I could read the ISO, Shutter Speed, Focal Length, White Balance, etc... setting?
The C100 can also take JPEG pictures. There's a binary CPF file (What is this?), a TXT custom picture file (that abbreviates as CPF..) as well, and of course the JPEG. The JPEG contains the following EXIF information, so I'm thinking the MTS must have at least that info. Notice how the ISO is missing from the JPEG EXIF (weird):
File Name IMG_0124.JPG
Camera Model Name Canon EOS C100
Date/Time Original 2012:12:05 16:27:30
Shooting Mode Unknown (-1)
Shutter Speed 1/24
Metering Mode Default
Exposure Compensation 0
Lens 0.0 mm
Focal Length 0.0 mm
Image Size 1920x1080
Quality Superfine
Flash No Flash
White Balance Daylight
Focus Mode Single
Color Space sRGB
File Size 1032 kB
File Number 101-0124
Drive Mode Single-frame Shooting

Let me know if you have an idea.
