How much should I sell for?

I have a DVX100A with just under 200 hours of usage, and a Letus 35 Adapter with Nikon F mount, and 2 50mm lenses [one is a 1.8, and the other is a 1.4] that I'm thinking of selling. What should I ask for each of these items by themselves, and what should I ask if I wanted to sell it all in a bundle?

Check ebay and the like to see what people are currently prepared to pay for them. Its in flux and likely changes month by month.
 
It's worth more than you'll ever get for it. My advice would be to keep it... or sell it to me for very little. :)
 
One just closed on ebay at $355, but it looked abused and mistreated. We're lucky to pull $800 out of them to the right buyer. I have been trying to sell one for the last week at $500 and haven't had a single real bite yet.

They are worth more to keep unless you already upgraded and have no reason. That's the hand I'm dealing with, I'd rather get something (even if its only $500) then have it sit there unused. She is too nice to be shelved!
 
I just sold one on eBay for $750. 80 hours on the meter and no real extras other than one extra battery (2 total) and some dv tapes I had no use for anymore. The problem is that the SD cams are becoming something of a specialty item these days w/ the prevalence of the cheap HD cams and dSLRs. It may take you a while to sell it, but you'll find someone without having to sell it for peanuts.

Wow, $750. Thats good. I would take that.
 
If I needed another camera, I'd gladly pay $750 for a gently used DVX. That's a lot of camera for the money.
 
Sign in to eBay and do a search - then click "advanced" and check the "show completed listings" box. That will give you a rundown of the last 60 days or so - items in green have sold, in red have not. Probably the best way to get real-world pricing. Ebay does open you up to a global audience vs. a local sale.

If I still had my DVX, I'd probably use it as an audio recorder. I always thought the preamps sounded very good in that camera, and having an audio recorder where you had visual reference would be handy. Hey, it's still great for web edits, but I never take a chance doing client work lower than 720p no matter what they say their usage is. I just didn't see it having a place in my workflow.

The Letus might have some value on its own, too. I could see someone with an HMC or something wanting one. The Nikon glass would be great for most DSLRs, too.
