How Long does the LP-E8 Battery Last?

I've been trying to figure out how long the T2i's battery lasts but all I can find is that its
7.2v - 1120mAh - 8.1Wh (Li-ion)

Does anyone know what that might mean in hours or know from experience how long it lasts? I'm trying to decide if I should buy more than one.
