how is this possible?

Real life, when compared to an ideal world, will always suck.

If you can give me physical evidence that a court will uphold, and a lawyer to back it up, I'll do an article about any company that has bad business practices.

How many letters to Event DV have you personally written about bad vendors?

You assume eveyone is psychic and can read your mind and know what you know. I never heard of that company until you mentioned it. So I must be a bad person for not knowing about a company that you know about? I'm a hypocrit for it, is basically what you're saying.

Since I'm a magazine writer, and I haven't written about a bad company I don't know about, I'm a hypocrite. That's what you're saying.

So how would I know is the company you site is wrong or just stupid? And I'm supposed to risk jail time on slander charges just cause "you" say so? Wake up, there are realities to be faced.

Even you yourself hide the company's name. Why not just say it? Just come out and say the name of the company and that they are theives? Don't sensor the name here!

My comments were never about you at all.

I am surprised and disappointed about your comments directed towards me.

I'm not sure what they contribute to this thread.

I practiced fair practices, unfair trade practices and consumer protection law for eight years as an Assistant AG in the State of Washington.

I'm pretty "awake" about what constitutes "bait and switch," for example. Something like 200 cases a year.

Jan 2007 Videography, p. 53 - HVX200 $3949.99 Broadway Photo.

Now look at the resellerratings.com reports for that company.

Look at the reports there. Kinda see a "pattern?"

People should be careful, and magazines that accept clearly deceptive advertised prices should be more vigilant.

I agree with David S. If I after researching for a day know that a brand new HVX200 cannot be sold for $2000.00 the magazine it advertises in which does stories on new technology should know better.
