How fast of compact flash

Hi, I'm new to DSLRs and have not used compact flash in years - so I'm lost as far as speed goes - I don't want or need the fastest (i.e. most expensive) card out there...I just want something that will be able to handle video...I see this "Kingston Elite Pro 8 GB 133x CompactFlash Memory Card CF/8GB-S2" listed on Amazon - is 133x fast enough for video on the 7D?

Thanks!

Yes, it's fast enough. Michael Olsen, some other users, and I have the Kingston cards and can confirm that they work OK.

Though Kingston cards are more affordable, be aware that I, as well as friends have had issues with Kingston SDHC cards in use with the D90 with corruption and file read errors on one or two occasions. Whether these problems affect CF cards, or are specific to the SDHC or the D90, I do not know. Just throwing that info out there.

I bought a $34.99 sandisk 8gb ultra II at Walmart which is supposed to capture up to 30MB/s.

I would have purchased it at Costco however I was intercepted in the camera aisle when they saw my 7D, I was harassed about having a camera in the store and threatened to be forcibly removed.
