how do I safely undock the two monitor cables from the C300

Sorry for asking this everyone, but I'm reading through the C300 manual and (unless I missed it) I can't find where it says how to disconnect the onboard monitor's two cables from External ports 1 and 2 of the C300.

As I don't wish to force anything, I thought it safer to ask before I make a mistake.

There is a release ring on the end of the cables at the connections. Just pull the release ring, you'll feel it slide toward you, then pull out the cable.
