How do I relink proxy files to original files in fcp?

Hello, DSLR newb shooting on 7D. I transcoded the footage using Magic Bullet Grinder, chose original + timecode as main files. I made my edits on the timeline using the proxy files and now i know I have to relink them to the full ProRes 422 (or I guess the original H264 files?) but i dont know how.

Thank you for any help you can offer. (i will also submit this on the fcp thread)
