How do I properly import HVX200 footy into Premiere CS3?

How do I properly import HVX200 footy into Premiere CS3? I've got the update that supports the HVX and P2, Im just kind of unclear what I'm supposed to be importing. I'll give you an example: Scene 1: Card 1 of 2, let's say... I browse to the folder where it's backed up, for arguments sakes, C:\Scene 1\Card 1, and within there, I'd have my Contents folder and Lastclip.txt. As I understand it, Lastclip.txt is crucial, but if I highlight and import both the contents folder as well as lastclip.txt, everything comes in all crazy...audio files separate from video, some random errors, etc. BUT... if I browse into the Contents folder, then the Video folder, and import only the "video" files, everything comes in properly (I think.) I was just wondering what the "proper" method was, so as I don't end up having to start a new project after editing for a long time :) Thanks guys.

My only question is...clips that get split up/roll over from 1 P2 card to another P2... they don't seem to be "connecting" properly... any ideas? They remain separate as 2 clips and have to be manually joined in the timeline. Am I doing anything wrong? Thanks.

Does anybody let adobe bridge do the importing?
I've always done it drag and drop...bridge always pops up to try and do it.
