How do I make this Shoulder Mount setup?

I recently purchased the Redrock Shoulder Mount Deluxe w/24" rails.
I am using this for my T2i.

I want to buy (in the future) a Follow Focus, Matte Box and an LCD Screen.

The issue is, I don't always want to be carrying the large Shoulder Mount with me in order to attach it to the tripod. I want to make a smaller version so I can attach the DSLR, Matte Box, Follow Focus, and LCD Screen onto my tripod without the Shoulder Mount.
How do I do this?

*The DSLR Eyespy is great because there are extra rods which can slide off and attach to the tripod. BUT, I don't want an offset. Since I will have the LCD Screen, the offset it pointless. I don't want one.

How can I make this work, without an offset?

I actually have the RedRock shoulder mount (pad), attached to 9" rails. It's very short - I use the end of the shoulder pad more as a point of contact, rather than a true shoulder mount. I do a lot of film work around the city, so compact/mobility is what this setup serves.

I do have a setup where I have 19" rods, two handles (instead of one), balancing weights in the back - but as stated, I use my setup (shown in pics), when going around the city... since I have to take the train/taxi, etc.

Yes, I understand, but not exactly what I am looking for.

I basically want 2 setups in one.
One large; with the long rods & shoulder mount
One small; with short rods and without the shoulder mount, instead the Tripod Baseplate or something else to mount onto tripod.

*They should be somehow connected together so its easily to go from one setup to another quickly.

It's like this; If I want to shoot to look more realistic, I'll shoot on the shoulder mount. But, if I am forced to shoot on a Steadicam, on a tripod, or jib, where I know I will not be needing/be able to use the shoulder mount, I will use the smaller setup. (Somewhat like the Redrock cinema bundle) I just need to find a way to attach those two configurations together.
I want to take the rig off the shoulder mount, and use it as the smaller rig. Then I can just easily put it back onto the shoulder mount when I need it. Its easier this was since I wont have to unscrew each piece individually to put it on my smaller rig.

Maybe the Cinevate rig? I remember watching a video from cinevate that demo'd their products with this sort of ability to go super compact, to full shoulder/tripod setup within seconds.

Maybe you can do a search on vimeo/youtube for it.

I think you need your camera on short rails with a sticks mount below it and a bit of rod sticking out the back

you then need a shoulder unit with rise offset and the pad that will go onto that sticking out the back bit

Have you checked the CPM stuff ? I think you can cross build/mount between setups. Like LEGO :)
