How do I find out which P2 firmware I´m using?

The camera is new and works with 16GB P2.
Is there more than one firmware version?

I need the exact number for Avid support.

For the cards or the cam?

For the camera, go to the MCR menus and look for system property, you should get a number like 4.06.00 or some such.

For the cards, there's a program you can download that's called P2 Simple Checker (or something along those lines) which will report the firmware version and IIRC it also executes card firmware updates.
