How do I balance the Flycam Nano

Hey everyone, I hope someone can help me out. I bought the Flycam Nano about a week ago, and have been working on it almost every night since trying to get it balanced. Now, CLEARLY, I'm an idiot, because I have watched every video you guys have posted and read every article I can find, and this darn thing is making me nuts. I can get the thing to be balanced, but as soon as I do any movement, not only does it not STAY balanced, but then I can't even reset it and be balanced again. I made a little video last night showing what I'm talking about, and before you watch it, let me just say that this is the BEST I have EVER been able to get the thing to balance. I know that I say in the video that I have no pendulum effect, and now that I watch it, I see that there IS still a bit on one, but again, this is the BEST I've been able to do. I REALLY think that my issue has something to do with the problem I talk about at 4:11, with the gimbal.

What am I doing wrong? Please help an idiot out.

Ok, so you aren't an idiot...lol.....been there man......took me a year to realize how i could set the white balance on the t2i. Anyways i have an interesting video for you that i hope helps.......but keep me updated on your eventual opinion on the flycam as it's something i'm thinking of getting.

Anyways here's the vid, he's a lil boring but hey so is george lucas...lol.........but just a last note......you are hilarious in the video, you should do a follow up........and just to reiterate, you aren't an idiot....lol.

he just explains about using the other hand to guide the direction of the flycam......i donno do the higher end flycams really allow you to whip around with one hand?
