How come Official A1 Presets Thread is nothing but chatter?

How come the "Offical A1 Presets Thread" has nothing but chat in the posts? Shouldn't all the chatter posts be deleted and only the true presets settings post stay? Sure would make it a lot easier to follow the find presets instead of sifting through rows and rows of unrelated comments. Just a thought.
