how can i do this? with my dvx100b

Traditionally, it's called overcranking. But that can only be done with a camera that shoots faster frame rates (true film, or RED or HVX-200, or CineAlta, or VariCam...).

The idea is that you shoot at a higher frame rate alongside a copy of the music track that has been sped up. When the footage is played back at the editing frame rate, it plays back slow-motion and is in sync with the original music track. So, for 50% slow-mo in a 30fps time base, you'd want to take a copy of the music track and speed it up by 100% (2x playback speed) and shoot 60fps with it.

The cheat with a DVX depends on what your editing time base is. Are you working in regular NTSC 29.97, or are you shooting and editing 30p or 24p? Generally speaking, you'll want to shoot 60i (progressive OFF) for slow-mo.

Shoot 60i and use any one of the various tutorials to conform it to slow-mo. If you are using 24p and editing at 23.976fps, you'll get a 60% speed reduction in the video. If working with 30p or 29.97, you'll get a 50% reduction. Or, you can shoot 30p for slow-mo in a 24p project and get a 20% reduction.

A quick use of the search function would turn up these threads on the same subject matter, discussed to great length:
