C100: Hot Swapping Lenses

Do you hot swap lenses on the C100? The manual states not to hot swap lenses, so if a hot swap caused a problem, would the warranty cover it, and if not, any ideas of the cost of repair?
 
Hot swapping can cause backswings in the power and it may damage the recording card. I saw this problem on my EOS 60D and SDHC card and that is why I turn off power for changing of the lens now.
 
My 550D automatically powered down if I took the lens off with it powered up. I noted the warnings in the C100 manual, and from people's experiences over the interweb.

Although I've forgotten to power down when changing lenses and 'got away with it', have made a conscious effort to form a Power Down 'habit' and will be sticking with it.

Doing the same. It's hard to break old habits but I'm trying.
