Hoodman HoodLoupe

I got it,it does the job but need to be set very correctly because there is no magnification on the loop its 1:1.i got the cinema kit with straps and hoodeye cup.The attachment is pretty crap.If i were now buying some sort of loop for my 7d i would propably buy zacuto or that lcvf
 
I have the Hoodman- it's solid but nowhere near the quality of the Zacuto Z-Finder. Also nowhere near the price.

i found that if you leave a QR plat on the bottom, nad use the straps in a vertical fashion its MUCH better. the top strap wraps around the top of the camera, like under the flash head, and the bottom is wrapped around the front bottom, over the tripod plate using that to hold it.
Interferes with nothing
 
on the 5d, 7d needs an adjustment of it.
i dont support redrock anyways, they dont ship to military overseas
