Hoodman HoodLoupe 3.0?

Ordered my 7D should receive it tomorrow, all excited now.

Im new to the DSLR world so wanted to get feedback on viewfinders and shouldermounts.

Havnt got a big budget, found the Hoodman HoodLoupe 3.0 on ebay, any thoughts?

Also any decent shoulder mounts for a good price out there?

Hey thanks for that. I wanted a ZFinder but Zacuto has them on back order, So I called everywhere down here in Melbourne Australia, got the last ZFinder available in the only store i could find stocking Zacuto :)

Really happy now. Appreciate those links it really helped.

Hey Sean, out of interest, i am in Melbourne too, where was the place that stocks Zacuto, good to have that info on hand, I ended up going for the LCDVF, a bit cheaper and only 2x instead of 3x, much better than the Hoodman which I also got and it was utter crap :)

It's a place call Lemac, in Richmond. Griffiths St. They stock Zacuto, but call before goin because they always sell out, I was lucky to get the z-finder.

Yer the LCDVF sounds good to, glad umuima gave me those links to decide.

Yea, the Hoodman Loupe 3.0 is bleh. I bought it thinking it'd be a nice alternative to the more expensive Z-Finder, but I wish I saved the $80, and just bought the LCDVF.

yep, the Hoodman Loupe is garbage indeed. I have it, and can't wait to get rid of it when I get an LCDVF.

Sean, Lemac, know them well, been hiring from them for decades, had no idea they were stocking Zacuto though, good to know :)
