what frame rate were u shooting ...60p? and also i thought the 7d couldnt shoot action well cuz of rolling shutter and such...clearly I was mistaken!

More proof that the 7D can do whatever you want it to do, in the proper hands.

Jambredz: We shot both. 1080p and 720p when I wanted slowmo. 720p has less rolling shutter than 1080p so it suits fast paced action. Have to worry about the aliasing a bit though.

It was 1/100 mostly. Going higher makes the lights flicker as we are in PAL land.
