How can i post HIGH resolution footage on this website or any other website. i usually post on youtube but the quality isnt so great. You can only post as high as 100mb. I notice on this site people post links which open in another window and is very high quality. I edit on adobe premiere and export as an avi.

Get your own website. That's how you post high rez. There are a few sites out there that'll get you a thousand times better than youtube, but others will have to chime in, cause I don't know what they are (I have my own space).

I've recently started using Premiere and I'm having a hard time exporting great quality videos (the way I saw it on my camera) with a low file size. I was wondering if you, and if anyone else knew, how to export videos with great quality but low file size. Thank you.

Premiere Pro is not for compressing, it does a bad job of that
get another compression program for windows- there are MANY out there

I use mac so I use Compressor with Final Cut Pro

whats a good compression program for Windows. Im using Vegas 7, if that means anyhting to the process.

have you guys checked out Stage-6.com. Its the divx system. Amazing system and workflow, you need the free player. Make really BIG files if you like with the Divx converter. Many here have the free player already.

I use Quicktime Pro. Exported uncompressed avi out of Premiere (or any other NLE) and compress with h264 at 1500kb/s.
