hello there, i wanna widen my possibilites of shooting and one big issue with my HF100 (37mm ring) is that it is not wide at all, iam not sure though what i should look for in wide converters

in my coutry (czech rep.) i can buy

1) original "CANON WD-H37II" (0.7x) for 225$

2) 0,5x PRO Wide 37mm converter FOMEI for 68$ (Multi-Coated, 3/3, 28mm height, no macro)

3) 0,45x Ultra wide 37mm macro set FOMEI for 50$ (Multi-Coated, 2/2, yes macro)

4) 0,45x Wide converter 37mm Macro MARUMI for 56$ (Double Side Multi coating, 2/2, 25mm height, yes macro)

well obviously i wanna stay out of original piece price range if its possible in terms of reasonable quality, i would maybe have a chance to try those local unoficial converters by having them sent to local shop, but i wanted to know some opinions on what looks like right choice before that, my biggest confusion is about macro purpose ... i wanna shoot interiors, no macro ... is it difference ? is macro converter of not enough picture quality ?

also i heard about people buying bigger converters used with step-up rings ... those companies above also make 43,52,55 versions, does it make any sense that way ?

also iam not sure if 0,5x isnt too much deformed ... if i zoom in a bit with 0,5x ... is pretty much same like 0,7x then ?
