help with premiere and AE cs3

I'm sorry for all the threads, this is the last one, I promise!

I've finished an edit in premiere pro cs3. The footage was converted to AIC and works perfectly in premiere. It's 720 60p. When exporting, none of the pixel ratios keep my video in tact... I have to choose square pixels, then I get black bars on the top and bottom of the footage. That's not the biggest concern though, I can live with that for now, although I'd like to figure out what's going on. Also, what compression should I use? This edit will just be for vimeo.

Okay, next problem. I was going to add a title at the end, so I brought the movie into after effects cs3. Thought the comp settings fit the footage to a T (fps was 59.94, size was right, etc) but it will NOT play back smoothly no matter what I try. I tried to take just the last clip from my edit and add the title in AE, figured maybe it'd work better with a 10 second clip opposed to 2 minutes... wrong! Premiere handles it wonderfully, so I'm stumped.

Off the top of my head, those are all the details I can provide, but if you need more just let me know. I'm so close to being done, as well as ready for any future edits, and this snag is just killing me!

Thanks in advance for any replies:thumbup:

What file fromat are yo exporting to ?
Make sure 16:9 is selected for the aspect ratio. Blackbars should disappear .

AE doesn't play real time cause it doesn't have a realtime engine its sort of a per frame app. Because you mostly do fx work iin it.

I exported as a quicktime movie, I believe it was h.264 and if I picked 16:9 it made it look squished.

so how would I get the title to work? even when i export from AE it's choppy, actually more choppy than in AE.
