Help with instant hd!

ok i have instant HD and edit with adobe premiere. I shoot with a dvx100a. Im trying to up rez footage to 720p 16:9...when i do and redner the footage looks horrible...can anyone PLEASE help! What settings do i need...do i need to export as a different video file. anyhting would help...PLEASE!

I followed the tutorial on the web site and mine turned out great. I use FCP but I just was using the footage from the camera direct. I didn't start with another rendered movie.

Screen grabs would be helpful.
Also instant hd settings
Export settings.
etc etc

If it's noisy, or not as sharp as you would like...it's because its not hd, nor will it ever be HD. You cant create resolution and detail. So looking at uprezzed HD footage on an HD tv or monitor is never going to look like blu ray. If you have any screen grabs post them up.
