When shooting outside with the HPX300/301 be careful not to stop down much further than f 5.6 or you will start to get diffraction and it will soften your picture. Use the NDs to keep the lens in its sweet spot f2.8 - f4.

Thanks Tony! Thats a very interesting information. I was very confused sometimes, why the hell sometimes the picture looks so soft and sometimes not. I had the opinion: the closer the iris, the sharper the picture. Because of the DOF...
