Help with adapter for Russian glass

I bought both of these thinking I could just get the 4/3 screw mount to m4/3 from fotodiox but now I am second guessing the helio 44m-4 (could it be pentax k mount?). I guess if both lenses have their own attachment thats fine lol. Thanks for the help!

Thanks Jordan! What does OM stand for? Here is the original adapter I thought I needed but dont know the difference between them.

The one Jordan linked to would work for Four Thirds mount, but not for the AF100/GH1/GH2. Those cameras use what's known as the Micro Four Thirds mount. The Amazon one is the right kind.
