Help with a screen grab.

Hello HVX user's.

I seem to be having a problem getting a screengrab from one of my videos. Every single time no matter how I do it, it comes out stretched and faces look long and such.

Any tips as to how to get the perfect grab?

I shot the video, at 720pn. The clip's frame size is 960x720 @ 23.98 fps. Pixel aspect ratio is 960x720.

oh yea and i use FCP 5.1..

Export QT conversion as a still frame.

Bring is into PS and resize it to account for the pixel distortion.
