help please!!! cant copy or watch clips in sd card

You explain what's wrong in a little more detail, that's what you do...
Can you watch the clips in the camera?
if you can, can you see the "private folder" on the card when you put it in the computer card reader?
if you can, what happens when you right click and hit "copy" on the private folder?
etc. etc.

i see every thing on the camera but the camera cant play it - write ''no image'' when i play clips
in pc i cant copy all clips (only 8 gb from 28 gb) and i see images from the 3.4.14 and metadata files are from this date (images from before.. i format at 30.4.14 when i start the filming day)...when the shoothing was at 30.4.14
i think taht everything start after i take out the card during record by mistake... maybe not sure ...
any way the camera ask to repair files and i let it do it - it didnt work..

I'm going to guess that you have a bad SDHC card. Did you happen to remove/eject the card from the camera while the camera was powered on? A friend of mine did that (after returning from a trip to Italy) and it corrupted all the clips on his SDHC card. If you MUST retrieve what's on the card, you can try sending it to a data recovery specialist. In my friend's case, we tried using different recovery software but none of them worked.
