Help needed

I am looking at buying a 7d for making short films and I need a cheap shoulder support system to mount it on. I found this in another thread:

It looks pretty decent and the price can't be beat. Has anyone had any experience with or heard anything about its quality etc?

That's what I was thinking. I would probably go the DIY route if it wasn't this cheap.
