Help mounting my external monitor

I need some advise. Is there a way to mount my external monitor on my rail system instead of the hotshoe of my 7D body? I don't want to put that kind of weight and strain on the camera. Could someone recommend a product (if you know of one) that would allow me to mount it on the rails? Thanks.

Manfrotto makes a clamp for this, I can't remember the name but just search manfrotto clamp and it should be pretty easy to find

Redrock Micromount $47 at some retailers online that haven't reflected the Redrock price increases yet. I have it and it works great.
