Help me spend $700

Hey all!
Due to awesome circumstances, I unexpectedly have $700 to spend. I am thinking of a new lens for my beloved GH2. I currently own just the kit lens (14-140). I have borrowed the 20mm 1.7 quite a few times, and I've rented the 12-35mm 2.8. I like both of these lenses... if I could only have ONE lens it might be the 12-35mm, a good workhorse lens with good OIS.

Anyway! The 12-35 is out of my price range, unless I sold my 14-140. Any suggestions for around the $700 price range? Would love to hear some opinions! Thanks all-

Why not just sit on the $700 and build up to what you think or might want. And while sitting look for it used somewhere. It's easier to get to $1200 from $700 than it is from Zero hundred. And there is always somebody somewhere off loading gear because they need quick money.

I've bought most my glass like this and only been knicked once.
 
Thanks Dusty, definitely a good idea.

Due to a unique circumstance, the $700 is sort of "ear marked" for gear... I can't necessarily sit on it. But I could throw in my own money. And/or sell the 14-140 (which I'm considering). Seems like if I could get to the 1100-1200 mark, I have quite a few really good options (Voigtlander 25mm, 17mm, Lumix 12-35).
