Unless you know you'll be getting enough broadcast work that is going to (A) REQUIRE the C300 and (B) pay for the difference in price, I'm not sure why anyone would buy a C300 over a C100 for double the price.
Thanks everyone. I didn't get approved, so I'll be sticking with my C100. Hopefully in a couple of months Canon will at least give us 30fps.

Here in 24p land, I've recently fallen in love with the simple 60i trick in Premiere Pro CC:
1. Import a 60i clip, and do not interpret it in any way. Leave it as is when imported.
2. Drop the clip on a 24p sequence.
3. Right click on the clip in the timeline and change the speed to 40%.
The clip might stutter a bit during playback in Premiere, depending on your computer, but when exported to an encoded file, it looks almost identical to me to 60p clips interpreted to 24p.
Previously, I was doing a much more laborious process with After Effects (taking a 60i file, separating fields, rendering a 60p file, etc). But that took ages. The steps I list above are nearly real-time, and they look great!

The C100 does 30p and 60i. I assume you meant 60p? Do you want 60p for slow motion? We Premiere Pro users have found a quick and easy way to get slow motion from 60i that looks at least as good as 720/60 slowed to 24p and upscaled to 1080p. Actually, I think it looks better to me. To quote myself:
