Help fill up my Netflix Queue!

I wasn't getting any movies for a while, guess I was too busy to notice...but of course my queue had run dry.

I've got "Thelma and Louise" and Carpenter's "The Thing" on there right now, two I've been meaning to see for ages. After that, I got nothin'.

Ideas? What have you watched and enjoyed lately?

I'll start with the last five I rented and really liked:

Lifeboat
The Duellists
Michael Clayton
American Gangster
The Winslow Boy

Yup, seen all of those. What about pre-90s? Maybe it's time for me to go through one of those silly "1000 films to see before you die lists" :)

Awesome, thanks Blaine. There's a bunch there that I have wanted to see for a while but always forget about. Gave me at least 20 to add

Which "No Way Out" is it? I'm pulling up one with Syndey Poitier and another with Kevin Costner.

Oh and I've never seen "Under Siege" but I see it has Steven Seagal AND Gary Busey in it. I just can't do it man. :)

"Frequency" starring Jim Caviezel and Dennis Quaid was a good underrated movie I just watched. It's like a touching version of "Back to the Future" with a story about a father and son relationship.

I just saw an old movie called The Goodbye Girl with richard dreyfuss.. i really liked it :)

Also 'The Wiz'.

not my favourite movies, just two movies i saw on tv recently that i really enjoyed.

Blood Simple
Network
The Lookout
La Rivière du hibou (An Occurence at Owl Creek Bridge)
Short
They Shoot Horses, Don't They?
The Verdict
The Brother from Another Planet
Stay Hungry

The list just goes on and on...

OH also a movie i like to recommend cuz not many of my friends have heard of it is "Freeway" with reese witherspoon and keifer sutherland. that movie is f'd up like you wouldnt believe.. a modern day version of little red riding hood. totally @#!$@#$ up!!!

sorry one last one, you'll like it more if you're a girl cuz it's a romance but my favourite movie of all time is "Untamed Heart" with marisa tomie, christian slater and rosie perez. it's a very sweet movie that's sure to touch your heart.. if you like that sorta thing :)
