Help! D5000 frame dropping.

so why are u saying those 'features' are there on purpose ?
how can u call something that cause problems a feature ?
to me something that is causing errors is not a feature, more like a bad implementation, a bug, a mistake or an error.
ok i can understand about the stair stepping, but honestly u must admit its not normal u have to use a script to make a footage looks right.
now the frame drop, i have honestly no idea how u can call this a feature.

bad design is still design, calling it a bug dilutes the meaning of the word. a bug is by definition a mistake that wasn't known at the time of release, hence the occasional need for bug fixes.
 
of course being a developer myself i realize that i have a somewhat different view on the meaning of the word feature. we use it in the most neutral meaning, not the way maketers or consumers would i guess.
