I've called around to check on expected shipment dates.
Every company I talked with said they will be on allocation, and are first come first served. Initial deliveries are reportedly by mid May.
I finally ordered from ProMedia. I had ordered a couple of 8Gb cards from another company, and it charged my card even though shipment wasn't for another six weeks!!!. ProMedia doesn't do that.

I understand that it will be where the firmware update will be posted for earlier 16GB cards.
I don't work for ProMedia, but the company has provided great service in the past.
