Heads up on 550D Camera Grip seller

[Derkoi]

Just wanted to warn you guys about an eBay seller called ukpartsdeal

I bought a camera grip & 2 batteries from them on 21st July. They gave me a tracking number for a signed for parcel then claimed the item was delivered but not signed for and i should check with friends.

Tried to get a refund & they keep giving me excuses and saying they'll phone me with an 'alternative solution' but then don't.

I've made a claim through eBay & I'm now jumping through hoops in order to get eBay to step in.

Be warned as they have over 71,000 feedback and sell lots of camera gear.

Hope it saves someone on here the hassle I'm going through.

They have loads of them listed, LCD ones and a few different other battery grips, they list 90,000 at a time. rogar-BlackEye(DBG

Don't get me wrong, they have a lot of positive feedback but don't seem to like to refund people.

I won't be buying from them again.
