Headphones hiss/buzz when in Live Mode? -HELP-

I've got my headphones (MDR-7506) plugged in the DVX-100B and I get some sort of hiss/noise/buzz when I'm in "live" monitoring mode. The sound seems to go away when I put the camera in "tape" mode, but this also comes the echo thing. This happens with the internal mic, the shotgun (rode ntg1) and lavs.

I'm pretty sure the sound won't be recorded but it's still pretty annoying when trying to ajust levels or listen to what you're recording.

Can someone help me on this issue?
