hdv & dvcam

Since Dvcam format resolution is 720x576 and HDV is 1440x720, but why in HDV format MiniDv tape shoots 63min and in Dvcam format it shoots just 41 min???

No. Both are 25 Mb. DVCAM is bit-for-bit identical with DV. The difference is that the DVCAM tape runs faster -- theory being that the less jammed onto a tape, the less likely it is that there will be error.

It analagous to the VHS speeds -- you can get six hours on a tape, but that's a lot of signal stuffed onto a single tape. Of course, DVCAM being digital and not analogue, it's not a perfect comparison, but it's a similar idea.
