HDMI to SDI? How are people converting

I feel like a total newb returning to DSLRs. Haha. How are people converting the HDMI signal to HD-SDI for set use?

Any monitors that take the HDMI and pass-through to SDI cleanly?

Yes- The TV Logic 5.6" P model takes the HDMI, ups the 480 to 720, and sends it out HD SDI among other features.......we've sold alot of them.
