HPX250: Has Anyone Compared 1080/30pN with 720/60p AVCINTRA Footage?

[David Saraceno]

If we have some sun today, I might give it a try, but was wondering if anyone has tried these two record formats and compared results.

[Jim Simon]

Wouldn't it be more appropriate to test 1080i/30 and 720p/60? (Both being broadcast and Blu-ray legal.)

[David Saraceno]

Neither are intended for that delivery.

I'm certainly interested in seeing the results. Will you be able to shoot the same subjects?

Also, will you be able to supply the direct camera files, or at least keep the edit on a 1080 timeline? If you need some web space PM me and I'll give you the log-in details to a folder on my site.
