SHORT: Harry Potter fanfictional film!

Hello fellow filmgeeks!
Recently i've been working on a huge fan fiction project about Harry Potter. Basically, a prequel in a way, about Albus Dumbledore and Gellert Grindelwald.


I don't expect you to understand the story, if you're not a Potter-fan. So if you're not, enjoy the film as a visual experience.


Unfortunately we've had a lot of technical issues that we didn't manage to fix. F.ex. Sound, cutting, and image quality. So, ignore these mistakes, and enjoy the film.


We shot the film in three months and had a theater opening with an audience of 200 people. So now we're curious about what THE internet thinks!

You had some really great stuff in here. The fx was really well done and professional. I though the acting was very convincing as well, and that's hard to find for indie films sometimes. The biggest problem you have here is audio and lighting in some of the shots. The audio is not very good and the music drowns it out as well. And in some of the night scenes their faces were just too dark and I'm not sure if it's from the cc or not. Anyway, kudos to you for being successful on so many levels here. FX, cc, acting and directing.

True, there are some huge audio technicals we didn't manage to fix.

Yah I agree with Marlon. Over all very well done. Cinematography was excellent, except when it got too dark to see anything. Mise en scene was great too.

I honestly don't think you needed the subtitles.

But really great all-in-all. Good job!
