Hard case 4 A1 + letus + lenses + rails

Hi,

i'm looking for a good hard case for my A1, letus extreme adapter and 4 lenses and rails... anyone having similar rig could suggest me something? i plan to fly
by planes, so it shouldn't be huge, so i could this case to the plane inside with me...

also i havd 8' LCD monitor, putting him inside would be a good idea, not to carry another case for it.. i would appreciate any suggestions or even photos if you have something like this, how do you pack it..

I'd also be interested in hearing sugestions regarding this, since also want to be able to shoot with a similar rig (sgpro instead of letus) in different countries.

Pelican Cases

Not sure exactly the size you need, the 1560 has wheels and is prob. the smallest you could go. Next jump is to the 1600 series.

Remember, here in the US, TSA states a passenger can have 2 carry on items and 1 camera equip. carry on. That's 3 items. The camera eqpt. is the exception to the only 2 items rule.

alright, it seems like that in europe size of 1560 is maximum what is allowed to the plane with yourself... sometimes smaller, but still, should be alright... i'm getting it! :)
 
I have the Pelican 1510. It is sized for regulation carry on luggage. I have traveled with it twice now with no problems. You may not be able to use the 1560 as carry on in the States, just a warning. Don't bother with the lid organizer thing. It looks like a good idea, but all it does is jam unnecessary pressure on your camera when the lid is closed. I have mine set up to hold my camera and my wide angle lens. You won't be able to fit rails and an adapter with the camera in there. There's just no way. You could just carry those smaller fragile items in a padded backpack. That's what I do with my mics and soon to be FireStore...

well, i went with 1560...when i get it, i will post a pic, of how i did put everything together, we will see :)
 
it will take some time... i just bought yesterday on ebay, if they ship out today, i should get it in a week or so, cause i'm in europe...

according to my calculations, everything should fit into this case, as it's inner lengt is 55 cm, so rods should fit. i will keep posted.
