I have the great opportunity to have from TECHNI CINE PHOT (thanks to Marc Rabuteau) a loan of those 3 exceptional Voigtländer lenses, the Nokton 25mm 0.95, the Nokton Classic 35mm 1.4 and the Nokton 50mm 1.1 with the GH2 !
I love so much those lens, they are amazing, very smooth focus rings for the 35mm, macro and very fast for the 25mm, and the 50mm is very sharp.

This is a quick day light test I've just done today. This is the 1st part, tonight I'm doing the night test :)

GH2 1080i mode

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you for sharing.

Did you use any other stabilization besides tripod?
Handheld scenes seem quite steady.

The 1080i mode looks really good, I'm surprised. How did you render for vimeo, keep as interlace or render progressive?

This was a delightful way to check out those lenses + GH2. Lovely shots well assembled; good choice of music.

I'd sure like to own that 25mm f0.95 but very expensive for me.

There were a couple of quick pans at 100 ISO that were very noisy and blocky (for example at 3.24). Is this a Vimeo issue or is it in the original?

This problem you're talking about is not on the raw footage (reading it with toast player), but it appears on my Premiere timeline, and also so on the export... Strange.....

Great shots as usual. I'm sure I'm not the first one asking you. Was it hand-held, no rig, no HDMI monitoring? If yes, you did amazing job.
