GH5 Hand Held Anamorphic from UK

I've copied the description from the Vimeo posting in case people don't want to be bothered.

When the kids were young, we’d regularly go hiking, in Snowdonia, the Lake District, northern France. Since then a tradition has developed, where whenever my younger son and I meet (we live on different land masses), we arrange a long hike.

This one started out by car from Westward Ho! in North Devon, with a stop at Docton Mill Gardens for an exquisite cream tea (hard to find but well worth the effort). A little further north, set out on foot to Clovelly. It was supposed to be a seven mile round trip, but we got lost on the way back, and ended up covering eleven miles.

Footage captured hand-held in 10-bit 4:2:2 4K resolution on a Panasonic GH5 with 25mm f/1.7 lens and SLR Magic Anamorphot-40 1.33x anamorphic adapter, to yield a true anamorphic 2.35:1 aspect ratio.

Figured the Vimeo comment might have come from you, and it and this are both very much appreciated. Being from the area you have a special appreciation of the beauty, and your enjoyment means a lot. I've enjoyed filming anamorphic for quite a few years now, but with the introduction of this new adapter, the experience has taken on a whole new level. But I do understand the attraction of 16:9.

As an aside, don't know if you saw a follow up video that I posted after this one, also from the same area.

Yes very nice again,your handheld is very good mine will never be its why i usualy use a tripod or brace,i love the area ,i filmed this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9dBA2e__oU a while back with a bridge camera,unfortunately hand held.
